Gary Magnant - CEO
Currently CEO of TheraTorr Medical, Inc, he is a Co-Founder and former CEO of Thrive Bioscience, Inc., Sage Science, Inc., and Owl Scientific (now part of Thermo Fisher). Former VP of MJ Research (now Bio-Rad). Mr Magnant has numerous patents and inventions and holds a number of bioscience related board positions. Co-founder and former President of ActivBiotics (Lexington, MA) and ThermoCeramix (Montreal, Canada). Former Chairman, Trustee, Hallowell Awardee, of Stoneridge, a private Montessori school in Beverly, MA (now Harborlight-Stoneridge).

David W. Bertoni - Strategic Marketing
Dave Bertoni is a strategic marketing professional with extensive senior management experience in multi-national corporate as well as startup environments. In the last 25-years he has brought over a dozen technical products to domestic and international markets, as well as forming and funding three high-tech startups. Mr. Bertoni founded a consulting firm, which assists medical technology and high tech firms to identify opportunities, establish clear goals, overcome difficult business challenges and achieve sales and margin targets, continuous innovation, and operational excellence. Before founding MarketSpace, Mr. Bertoni lead International Marketing and Product Development for two product divisions at Salomon Group in France.

Mr. Bertoni has a BS from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder. He is co-inventor on numerous patents and patents pending and is the co-author of sales training programs.

Jesse Drake - Director of Engineering

Timothy E. Moutafis, B.S., - Founder & CTO
Tim was born in Piraeus, Greece, served in the Greek Army and came to the U.S. in pursuit of the American Dream. He became a U.S. citizen in 1982.

Tim is a highly creative entrepreneur and engineer with more than 25 years of experience developing products in the biomedical technology field.  He founded HydroCision in 1994, which develops and markets surgical instruments based on proprietary Fluidjet; technology.  From 1991-94, he managed his own product development consulting firm, with 5 employees, serving many of the leading medical device companies in Massachusetts.

Mr. Moutafis was the Internal Entrepreneur at C.R. Bard, Inc., Senior Biomedical Engineer at Abiomed and a staff engineer at Loeffler/MacConkey  and Barry Wright Corporation.

Mr. Moutafis holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University. He has 35 US and International patents.
